Fishing For Crappies At Night

When it comes to crappie fishing in the summer time a great time to catch some big fish is at night.

If it is legal in your area use lanterns or some sort of light in the area you are fishing.  By doing this you will attract more bugs then you ever knew existed.

The thing is it will be minnows that come up to feed on the bugs that are being attracted by the lights.

When the minnows rise to catch bugs then schools of crappies will come up to the surface to go after the minnows.

So what we are trying to say in this post is fishing below the surface with minnows at night would be a great way to catch crappies.

The most important thing to always keep in mind however is to check your local laws before doing anything that may be against all rules and regulations.
